Maintain property

We will maintain the property to a legal and liveable standard. We organise all repairs, maintenance and handle all invoices. We do this all free of charge.

Property Inspections

This includes pre-tenancy and post tenancy inspections. An initial inspection one month after move-in date, then once every three months thereafter.

Advertise property

We find the perfect tenant by advertising your property on myRent, Trademe, RealEstate, OneRoof, Homes and in the Press Newspaper (if requested)

Collect rent payments

We manage all rent payments and pass on to you. We collect the bond and lodge it with Tenancy services. We also pursue and resolve all rent arrears.

Tenant selection

We don't just pick the first tenant to apply. We perform extensive background checks, credit checks and conduct interviews. 

Rent appraisals

We provide unbiased rent appraisals and annual rent reviews to make sure you are getting the best possible return from your property.

Liability and compliance

We maintain public liability and statutory liability insurance cover. We make sure your property complies with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and provide compliance appraisals.

Tenancy mediation

When appropriate we will apply for and attend Tenancy Mediation and Tribunal Hearings at no extra cost to you.
